A 2002 graduate of Wheeling Park High School, Matt spent the summer following graduation in New Mexico working on staff at Philmont Scout Ranch .  An Eagle Scout Matt was a member of the high school marching, concert & jazz ensembles, the Festival Choir, the All-State Chorus, Young Patriots, the swim team & the Health Sciences & Technology Academy.
