Mark, a Marine Corp veteran, served as service manager for 18 years for a local heavy duty Volvo truck dealership.  In recognition of his efforts, in 1997 he was awarded a new Harley Davidson motorcycle and an all expenses paid trip to tour Volvo's Swedish operations.  Click here for the details.

In November of 2000 Mark joined the management team at Quality Distribution, a company based in Tampa, Florida, as northeastern regional maintenance manager.  Quality Carriers is the largest hauler of dry and bulk chemicals in North America.

An assistant Scoutmaster, Mark voluneers considerable time to Boy Scout Troop 6.  In fact, he joined other members of the troop for a 50 mile "foot-a-float" through Algonquin Provincial Park in Canada in the summer of 2003.
